TSC's proprietary training program, called TSC-University (TSC-U), is extensive and led by TSC's best operators.
Training is led by an "all star" team who stay on property for two weeks to ensure compliance.
TSC-U was developed by combining best practices of our four diamond customer base and learnings from our 23 years of luxury hotel cleaning experience.
We additionally incorporate all property-specific or management-company-specific specifications into initial and ongoing training.
Property managers work on property full time to manage the TSC team and ensure performance -- you'll never be more than two levels from our corporate leadership team.
