Born in Guatemala, Henry DeLeon received a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and then immigrated to the United States. He became involved with the hospitality industry almost immediately, eventually becoming a manager with the Hyatt Corporation.

A chance meeting with his co-founder of The Service Companies opened the door to DeLeon becoming one of the best known names in the Hospitality Outsourcing Industry. With the vision of outsourcing becoming the logical way for organizations to achieve quality-driven, cost effective results for their cleaning and housekeeping needs, DeLeon began The Service Companies in 1987 and is the President of the company.

Henry's dynamic style motivates his team to consistently provide the best service to their customers. Under his leadership the company has grown from one customer in 1987 to become the leader in providing outsourcing services to the hospitality industry.
