Richard Smith joined JRS International in 1990 as a front-line window clearer. Over the ensuing years, he worked his way up to his current role as the Director of Southeastern Window & Chandelier Operations, overseeing the Southeast United States, Caribbean and Mexico. Under Rich's leadership, the region has grown from one hotel to one of the largest regions in the JRS / TSC portfolio.
