Keith Gaines

Regional Vice President - Eastern

Keith Gaines joined The Service Companies in July of 2009 as an Area Manager for the Southeast Region. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Gaines spent 21 years with Hyatt Hotels Corporation focused on operations. During his time with Hyatt, Keith worked in numerous convention and luxury hotels and held various management positions within the rooms division, most recently as the Executive Assistant Manager at a convention hotel in New York. Mr. Gaines was promoted into his current role in December, 2013.

Mel van den Bergh

Regional Vice President-Central

Mel van den Bergh joined The Service Companies in August 2014 as Regional Vice President of Operations. Mr. van den Bergh oversees the Missouri, Ohio, Tunica, and New Orleans markets for the company. He has an extensive background in hospitality operations, having previously held Senior Operations Leadership positions with Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts, Omni Hotels and Resorts, Loews Hotels & Resorts, and The Ritz Carlton Hotel Company.

VICTOR VARGAS

Regional Vice President - Gulf Coast, Louisiana and Texas

Victor Vargas joined the company in 2002 as a Project Manager overseeing a large regional gaming customer. Mr. Vargas continued to take on larger roles with the company and most recently was Vice President of Continuous Improvement, responsible for increasing efficiencies through utilization of the latest and most innovative equipment and techniques available to the industry. He was promoted into his current role overseeing all Field Operations in December, 2013. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Vargas was a Regional Manager for The Southern Peru Copper Corporation. He holds a degree in Business Administration and a post-graduate degree in Management.

Guy Hall

Regional Vice President - Western

Guy began his career in hospitality with the luxury-based hotelier, Rosewood Hotels and Resorts in Dallas, Texas. Mr. Hall continued his hospitality career with Starwood Hotels and Resorts and then to the Vacation Ownership industry with Grand Pacific Resorts, lastly as Regional Director of Operations. Guy then ventured into Southeast Asia to serve as Vice President, Asia for LaTour Hotels and Resorts where he oversaw all operations, client management and business development for the company. Mr. Hall joined The Service Companies in 2012 and was promoted into his current role in December, 2013.

ANTHONY TRICASE

Vice President of Customer Satisfaction

Anthony Tricase joined The Service Companies in 2011 as the Vice President of Customer Satisfaction, focused on delivering continuous improvement to The Service Companies's growing client base. Prior to joining The Service Companies, Anthony spent over 15 years with Caesars Entertainment where he held positions ranging from Executive Associate to the Regional President, Director of Customer Service and Director of Asian and Casino Marketing. Anthony holds a degree in Communications from East Carolina University.

Laurie Katinos

Corporate Director of Operations

Laurie Katinos joined The Service Companies in January 2009 as Corporate Director of Operations with a concentration in the Housekeeping areas. Prior to joining The Service Companies, Mrs. Katinos was with Hyatt Hotels Corporation's headquarters as a Corporate Rooms Manager overseeing all domestic housekeeping operations. In prior years she has served as a senior operations manager at various locations ranging from luxury resorts, urban and large convention properties. In her current role, Mrs. Katinos is responsible for all The Service Companies Housekeeping Operations, Training and new product development.

Martin Duane

Corporate Director of Operations

Martin Duane began his career with Sonesta Hotels International in 1983. His career has taken him from the East Coast to the West Coast as well as overseas in executive positions from Food and Beverage Director to General Manager with, among others, Hilton, Fairmont, Omni and Marriott Hotels. He has worked in resort hotels as well as casinos. Mr. Duane joined The Service Companies in July of 2009 as the Corporate Director of Operations. He was promoted into his current role in December, 2013.

Matt Sanfilippo

Vice President-Field Human Resources

Matt Sanfilippo joined The Service Companies as a Director of Human Resources in November, 2010. Prior to joining The Service Companies, Mr. Sanfilippo spent over six years with the world's largest casino hotel company, Caesars Entertainment. While with Caesars, Matt held various leadership roles in Human Resources including, Employee Relations Specialist, Employee Relations Manager, and Human Resources Manager. Prior to Caesars, Matt spent four years serving in the United States Air Force at Nellis Air Force Base in Las Vegas, NV. Matt was promoted into his current role overseeing all Field Human Resources offices in January, 2014.

Nikki Bernal

Corporate Director of Human Resources

Nikki Bernal is a graduate of Miami Dade College with a degree in Business Administration. Ms. Bernal has been with The Service Companies for 13 years, progressing from senior administrative roles through every position in the Human Resources function. She is responsible for overseeing the rigorous background and E-Verify process for all employees, as well as managing the training and HR policies for the organization. She was promoted into her current role overseeing the Human Resources Directors on the East Coast in 2011.

Leonard Daigle

Corporate Director of Human Resources

Leonard Daigle joined The Service Companies with an extensive background in Hotel and Casino Operations, the last twelve years of which he focused on Human Resources. Formerly with Harrah's Entertainment, Leonard began his career in Guest Services in Daytona Beach, Florida. His endeavors followed as Resident Manager, Rooms Division Manager, General Manager and Director of Human Resources in Chicago, Boston, Houston, Reno, Lake Tahoe and, most recently, San Antonio.

Richard Smith

Vice President-Operations, JRS International

Richard Smith joined JRS International in 1990 as a front-line window cleaner. Over the ensuing years, Mr. Smith continued to assume larger roles with the company culminating in his current position in 2013 overseeing all company operations for the Southeastern United States, Caribbean and Mexico.

Chris Coffman

Vice President-Operations, JRS International

Chris Coffman joined JRS International in March 1992 as a window cleaner in Hilton Head, SC. Chris continued to grow with JRS International and now manages over a hundred window and chandelier cleaning clients in 37 locations. Chris also oversees employee staffing & training, safety, and customer contracts & support for The Service Companies's chandelier and window cleaning operations.
