Keith Gaines

Regional Vice President of Operations

Keith Gaines joined The Service Companies in July 2009 as an Area Manager for the Southeast Region. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Gaines spent 21 years with Hyatt Hotels Corporation primarily in operations. During his time with Hyatt, Keith worked in numerous convention and luxury hotels and held senior management positions within the Rooms Division. Keith was promoted to Regional Vice President-Operations in December 2013 and Vice President - Operations in September 2015. In his current role, he is responsible for overseeing the managed services operations for our customer properties in the Eastern region.


Regional Vice President of Operations

Victor Vargas joined the company in 2002 as a Third Shift Kitchen Attendant in Biloxi, Mississippi. He quickly moved up the ranks to Supervisor and took increasingly larger roles with the company, including Project Manager in Tunica and Memphis, Director of Operations, and Vice President of Continuous Improvement. Prior to joining The Service Companies, Mr. Vargas was a Town Site Manager for The Southern Peru Copper Corporation. He holds a degree in Business Administration and a post-graduate degree in Management.

Laurie Katinos

Corporate Director of Operations

Laurie Katinos joined The Service Companies in January 2009 as Corporate Director of Operations with a concentration in the Housekeeping areas. Prior to joining The Service Companies, Mrs. Katinos was with Hyatt Hotels Corporation's headquarters as a Corporate Rooms Manager overseeing all domestic housekeeping operations. In prior years she has served as a senior operations manager at various locations ranging from luxury resorts, urban and large convention properties. In her current role, Mrs. Katinos is responsible for all The Service Companies Housekeeping Operations, Training and new product development.

Nikki Bernal

Corporate Director of Human Resources

Nikki Bernal is a graduate of Miami Dade College with a degree in Business Administration. Ms. Bernal has been with The Service Companies for 20 years, progressing from senior administrative roles through every position in the Human Resources function. She is responsible for overseeing the rigorous background and E-Verification process for all employees, as well as managing the Human Resources department in the Eastern region. She was promoted into her current role of Director of Human Resources of the East Coast in 2011.

Leslie Oaks

Director of Human Resources - Central Region

Leslie Oaks joined The Service Companies in 2010 as a Human Resources Representative in the Tunica, Mississippi area. She was promoted to Human Resources Manager in 2011 and then to her current role of Director of Human Resources for the Central Region. Prior to joining our team, Ms. Oaks worked in Human Resources for a non-profit agency and spent several years in Human Resources with Harrah's Entertainment. She is responsible for overseeing the Human Resources functions for the central region.

Anjuli Ganguly

Vice President of Human Resources and Talent Acquisition

Anjuli Ganguly started with The Service Companies in 2011 as Human Resources Manager for the Shreveport, Louisiana region. She has been promoted multiple times during her tenure with The Service Companies. In her current role, Anjuli is responsible for Talent Acquisition and works within our Associate Success and Retention team to make The Service Companies the chosen employer in the industry. Prior to working for The Service Companies, Anjuli spent several years working for a Silicon Valley start up company. Anjuli has a SPHR certification as well as an MS in Industrial and Organizational Psychology.

Teresa Agustin

Corporate Director of Training and Strategic Operations

Teresa has been with The Service Companies since August, 2016. As the Corporate Director of Training and Strategic Operations, she oversees the training of our associates company-wide and our employee engagement initiatives. Prior to joining the company, Teresa acquired over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry in various parts of the world, and has held multiple roles in Sales, Operations and Marketing departments. She has worked for Pan Pacific Hotels and Resorts, Oakwood Worldwide and MGM Resorts International in Las Vegas.

Marc Caplan

Vice President - Sales, Acrobat Outsourcing

Marc joined Acrobat Outsourcing in 2011 as the Vice President - Sales, and joined The Service Companies in 2015 following Acrobat Outsourcing's acquisition. In this role, he oversees the sales and development of Acrobat Outsourcing across the country. Previously Marc held various roles in the hospitality industry, including Restaurant Manager, General Manager, and Account Executive, and leadership roles at Aramark Corporation and Micros Systems. Marc was also a three-time nominee of Walt Disney World®'s prestigious Partners in Excellence award. He holds his bachelor's degree in Hospitality Business, Hotel and Restaurant Management from Michigan State University.

Fletcher Cline

Vice President of Operations, Acrobat Outsourcing

Fletcher, Vice President of Operations, joined Acrobat in 2012 as a Staffing Manager in San Diego, and The Service Companies in 2015 when Acrobat Outsourcing was acquired. Fletcher has held a variety of roles at Acrobat Outsourcing, including Marketing and PR Manager and Director of Operations. In his current role, he oversees Acrobat Outsourcing's accounts and coordinates the recruiting and staffing efforts nationwide. Fletcher received a bachelor's degree from Arizona State University and a Master of Business Administration from San Diego State University.

Richard Smith

Vice President-Operations, JRS International

Richard Smith joined The Service Companies following JRS Inernational’s acquisition in 2010. He originally joined JRS International in 1990 as a front-line window cleaner, and over the ensuing years, continued to assume larger roles with the company. In 2013, he was promoted to his current position overseeing all company operations for the Southeastern United States, the Caribbean and Mexico.

Chris Coffman

Vice President-Operations, JRS International

Chris Coffman joined JRS International in March 1992 as a window cleaner in Hilton Head, SC, and joined The Service Companies in 2010 following JRS International’s acquisition. Mr. Coffman continued to grow with JRS International and now manages over a hundred window and chandelier cleaning clients in 37 locations. He also oversees employee staffing & training, safety, and customer contracts & support for The Service Companies' chandelier and window cleaning operations.
